get soft nonchapped lips!

My friends and me have been getting chapped lips and we came up with ideas that work to get soft non chapped lips! Step 1 (if needed):
Apply a coat of Vasiline on lips. Step 2: Once the vasiline soaks in put on some chapstick I also recomend puting chapstick on befor you go to
sleep. Do this for about one week and then you have soft lips! One extra tip get a toothbrush and brush any dead skin off!
